Depart from port Varna to the former summer house of Atanas Burov – Bulgarian banker and politician of 19th c, whose family used to produce wine. The present-day owner has transformed the house into a classical restaurant and has recently restored the cellar, where the house produced wine matures. Along with it the cellar boasts with an excellent selection of the best Bulgarian wines.
